Requests local school districts provide recruiters the same access to secondary school students and directory information generally provided colleges and prospective employers. Sec. 571. Sec. 583 Exit Survey for Separating Members: Survey of attitudes toward military service for those who voluntarily separate from Armed Forces or transfer from regular component to a reserve component between 1 Jan. 2000 and 30 June 2000. Report to Congress required not later than 1 Feb. 2001. Sec. 568 Survey of Members Leaving Military Service on Attitudes Toward the Military and submission of report to Congress not later than 1 October 2000. Sec. 581. House provision.
